Another workshop to add to the list:

Elph and Fitness workshop on Saturday 15th February at the Ice Factory starting at 7pm

Emma Firth has very kindly offered to teach one of her Elph and Fitness dance classes which will be free for members or £5 for non members. If you are planning to attend more than 3 workshops a year then it might financially suit you to sign up for membership as it is only £15 for the year to be a TP member.

If you enjoy the workshop and wish to attend Emma’s classes regularly then speak to Emma at the workshop or contact her and she will give you more info.

Emma has a well-established class in town which is extremely popular so we are very privileged that she is offering us the opportunity to have a healthy kickstart to 2025. You dont have to be a dancer. You can be completely new to exercise. It doesnt matter. It’s about having fun, making mistakes and getting up and trying something new. Let’s get the dancing shoes on!!

You do not have to be a professional dancer to have a go, in fact Emma prefers it if you are not! It’s about having fun, a little bit of fitness and dancing your cares away. The bar will be open and you can dance as much or as little as you’d like! Zero pressure and zero judgment! Free to TP members and £5 for any non members. Come along and join in the fun of it all
